Non-Harassnent Policy.

It is FeelGood’s policy that all employees, volunteers, and students should be able to volunteer and work in an environment free from harassment of any nature. Therefore, harassment based on personal characteristics such as race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, or disability violates this policy. Harassment is defined as verbal or physical conduct that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual, and that has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment; or has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s participation in FeelGood activities. To report discrimination, please contact Chloe Kund, Head of the FeelGood Program at The Hunger Project.
